A wonderful late summer morning to wake up to here in Hamnvik. We have another fishing trip later today to look forward to. But it was something completely different that made me pick up the pen and write a little this morning. I went out on the balcony after my morning coffee and sat down for a while to feel the weather. Then I hear Black grouse (Lyrurus tetrix) so playing in the forest pile next to my property. It's not every morning that you wake up to Black grouse playing. This is a place that is indescribable and so close to nature.
